My Coaching Journey

With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, I’ve had the privilege of working with inspiring leaders at international organisations such as KornFerry, Maersk, and OMV.

Throughout my career, I have always believed in partnership — working alongside leaders and teams to understand challenges, co-create solutions, and strengthen both outcomes and relationships.

My deep experience in HR, combined with a natural curiosity about people and their development, led me to coaching. Qualifying as a coach brought my passion to life: supporting others in finding clarity, building confidence, and succeeding on their terms.

There is nothing more rewarding than witnessing people grow, thrive, and expand their horizons in new and unexpected ways.

Global Perspective, Personal Touch

I thrive in a multicultural world and bring a global lens to my coaching. I’m Scandinavian (Danish/Swedish Finn), grew up in Denmark and Tanzania, studied in the UK and Germany, and have lived and worked in the UK, Denmark, and Austria (where I’ve been based since 2017).

When I am not coaching, you will often find me outdoors with our two Labradors, enjoying nature and recharging.
